 Curing of Concrete is nothing but in the whole process we have to keep the concrete wet until the end of Curing Period ( In Days ) But the Choice depends on us that how we are going to keep the concrete wet . So, Following are some ways or Mechanism to make that possible :

Ponding Method
The Surface of Concrete if Fully Covered with Water
Sprinkling Water

Water is sprinkled over the surface of Newly casted Concrete after Regular Intervals of Time
Plastic Membrane 

The Surface of Concrete will be covered with a plastic membrane
Waterproofing Materials

Waterproofing Materials such as Bitumen ,Coal Tar and Other Adhesive emulsions are Directly Applied Over the Concrete Surface to be Cured Such that the Water present inside concrete won't be able to escape

Cover the Newly Casted Concrete Surface with Wet Gunny Bags
