How to Check Cement Quality at site without any Equipment ?
Handling the things at site is most difficult job because their are many tasks which we have to do combinedly such as material testing , material estimation , supervision of labor , and many other things also . In All these mess the testing of cement takes more time when we perform testing in laboratory But some other Physical methods are Also their by which we can approve the cement against quality check .
The Cement will be Good in Quality If the Following Observations are Observed during Testing :-
1. Cement must be felt cooler whenever we insert out hand in the cement bag.
2. Cement must be Lump Free.
3. When we take cement in our hands It should be felt smoother.
4. Cement should not be more than 3 months old than the manufacturing date .
5. When we take cement in glass of water then it must float for some time on water some time.
